Holiday Cheer!

The students on Team Pay Day made napkin rings for the Canonsburg Senior Citizen Center. The rings will be used to decorate the tables during the Christmas luncheon that is held for the members. The students enjoyed coloring and creating pictures of snowmen, reindeer, trees, penguins, and packages. The Center is delighted that the students are taking an active role in creating a better community.

In Social Studies, students finished competing in the Geography Bee contest. The students selected to represent each homeroom answered the most questions correctly. The questions were tough and all students did a great job. After many rounds a winner from each homeroom emerged. Congratulations to Nathaniel from room 107 and Kylie from room 109. They will represent Team Pay Day at the school Geography Bee in January.
